A partnership agreement is a willful contract between two or more people in order to put their money, labor, and experience, into business with the knowing that sharing the profits and/or losses will be between all partners. Partners may have a partnership agreement, or declaration of partnership and in some places, the partnership agreement will be registered and open to public view. Each partner, without requiring the other partner's permission, can individually perform business transactions on behalf of their company. That being said, a written partnership agreement between all involved is of the utmost importance. Using a lawyer is always advised, especially for beginners.
