Business Plan Form

Business plan forms are unique to the particular needs and style of the individuals forming the business. There is no one way to create a business plan. However, a business plan should contain certain elements. First, the business plan should put forth the mission of the business. In addition, specific business goals to achieve the overall purpose of the business should be discussed. Moreover, market research should be discussed and there should be mention of how this business will differentiate itself from other competing businesses. Furthermore, the proposed marketing plan should be explained, in addition to the time frame for the implementation of the plan and any details as to the management of the plan. Finally, the business plan should contain a financial summary, including a balance sheet, cash flow statement and projections for earnings. If the plan will be distributed to the public, the financial information should be completed and verified by a licensed public accountant.
